How does delivery work?
Our handcrafted, freshly baked NY cookies are shipped from our bakery in London all over the UK right to your doorstep, with a Next Day service. We bake every cookie to order the day before delivery so they are super fresh. Our courier collects orders from us the next morning. This means, if you would like your cookies on a Friday, please order on a Wednesday by 3pm.
Delivery is about £5 anywhere in the UK and sent tracked via dpd local.
Each cookie is individually wrapped in a food-safe paper bag. They are sent in a lovely recyclable cardboard mailer box and weatherproof bag.
How long do the cookies stay fresh? How long can they be stored?
Our cookies are best eaten within 3 days of delivery at room temperature, straight out of the box.
For the ultimate “fresh out of the oven” experience, pop them on a baking tray in a preheated oven at 180C for 4 minutes until warm and wonderfully gooey.
In the unlikely event that you don’t eat them all on the first day, freeze them in an airtight container as soon as possible and for up to three months. Whenever you have a craving for a cookie, either let them de-frost at room temperature for a couple of hours or, for maximum enjoyment, re-heat in the oven for 10 min at 180C.
Do you offer vegan NY Cookies?
Yes, we do! Our Biscoff Filled NY cookie is vegan and one of our bestsellers (and not just for vegans). We also offer a delicious vegan Dark Chocolate Raspberry NY Cookie, which is only available on special occasions.
Do you offer Gluten-free NY cookies?
Because we work with products containing gluten in our bakery we do not offer gluten free cookies to order (sorry).
Do you offer sugar-free NY cookies?
At Love Tuesday, sugar isn’t just an ingredient — it’s part of the magic. We believe in balancing sweetness with rich and sometimes complex flavours, but we can’t imagine creating our chunky, gooey NY–style cookies without it. Sugar helps give them their golden edges, chewy centres, and irresistible taste. For us, sugar-free just wouldn’t be Love Tuesday.
